Embark on an unforgettable evening as we roll out the red carpet for the 12th edition of WiG’s Recognition Gala. This isn’t just a Gala; it’s a statement—a testament to the power of concrete actions to move the needle regarding gender parity in the workplace.

Presented by AtkinsRéalis and held under the honorary co-presidency of Deborah K. Orida, President and Chief Executive Officer of PSP Investments, and Denis Ricard, President and Chief Executive Officer of iA Financial Group, this event promises to be a memorable convergence of leadership and inspiration. Chan Tep, DE&I Advisor at CBC/Radio-Canada, will be our emcee.

This prestigious evening will bring together Canada’s top executive leaders to shine the spotlight on the close to 100 renowned organizations that achieved the Bronze to Platinum levels of WiG’s Parity Certification™, along with our evaluation partners Accenture, Mercer, and WTW. Together we will celebrate their outstanding commitment to gender equity, diversity, and inclusion.

This year, we’re proud to announce that a portion of the proceeds from our auction will go to Le Chainon, an organization dedicated to providing temporary housing for women in need. As the largest temporary shelter in Quebec, Le Chainon has been providing unconditional, safe and free shelter to women in crisis since 1932.
Our founding president, Caroline Codsi, has been the proud governor of Le Chainon since 2014.
