As the Director of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility (EDI&A) for Randstad Canada, Namita Khatri oversees Randstad’s Canadian strategy and leads the external EDI&A consulting practice. Whether it be internally or externally, her focus is to develop goal-driven, corporate EDI&A initiatives and programs that bridge individual, community and business goals. She proactively optimizes the organizational approach of EDI&A programs to increase engagement, innovation, creativity, revenue and profitability. 

With over 17 years’ experience in the workforce solutions industry, Namita leverages her multifaceted experience to identify and integrate EDI&A workforce best practices and strategies, which have resulted in creative solutions that drive organizational inclusion, diversity and engagement goals and corporate ROI within the areas of recruitment, hiring, training and engagement.
